✳️طب ايه رايك بقا لو عرفت ان لو لقينا استجابة المريض لل lipanthyl 300 ضعيفة و تحاليل الدهون بتاعته لسه وحشة بنقرر ان نزود معاه لل lipanthyl 160 ولو لسه الدنيا مش احسن حاجه نعلي اكتر واكتر ونخش على ال lipanthyl 145 !!!😯
يعني من الاخر كده ال 145 > 160 > 300 😮
لو تنحت واستغربت يبقا الحل عند بتوع السيوتكس ((علم العظماء)) ✌️
✴️ first of all, lipanthyl is the brand name of Fenofibrate which is used to lower high TG levels and LDL levels .
✴️ Knowing that Fenofibrate is a prod*r*u*g that will be converted further into fenofibric acid (the active form).
✴️ Fenofibrate is a great TG and cholesterol fighter, but unfortunately, it needs to reach the blood to work.

✴️ Fenofibrate's solubility is relatively bad and respectively its BAV is also bad, and the patient should take the daily dose with the main meal to get use of the dose.
these conditions led to lower effects than predicted. 😏
So, we tried in many ways to solve this problem.
One of these ways is to reduce the particle size of the API.
✴️As we know the more you reduce the particle size the higher the surface area of dissolution you get.
In other words, by reducing the particle size of fenofibrate the solubility increased and The BAV increased respectively.
ماشي كلام جميل ... ايه بقا علاقته بالجرعات الي هي 300 وال 145 وال 160 ؟؟🤔

1⃣lipanthyl 300mg contains 300 mg of fenofibrate but it is manufactured with standard particle size.
which needs to be taken with meals and has low BAV. which means that there is a big portion of fenofibrate lost before reaching the systemic circulation.
2⃣ lipanthyl supra contains 160 mg of fenofibrate but in micronized particles so the solubility is much higher and the BAV is much higher and the lost portion is nearly vanished, ((When taken with food))
3⃣ lipanthyl penta contains 145 mg of fenofibrate but in nano particles form. which has the best Solubility and the best BAV among them all.
Also, the great advantage added by the nanocrystal technology is that there is no need to take the dose with meal anymore.
which will increase patient compliance more and more.
بالتالي كده توصلنا ان ال 145 > 160> 300 😎
